well at first my budget was enough to buy alienware, but since my father's birthday is coming and we're planning to gift him something "expensive".. my budget is Rs. 48000 (Indian Rupee. please use online currency converter). I'm learning web designing & development as well as software programming so i need the PC for that purpose. many people told me to get "at least 8gb ram". but since my budget is lowered now, can you tell me a PC that will fit in my budget AND be sufficient enough to run web designing & development, software programming smoothly? and also, how much gb ram below 8gb will be sufficient?

I think you should go with http/www.ibuypower.com/ they are better than alienware but I don't know if they are available in your country.
