I need an LED screen for my 50" TV???

I have an LG 50" "SMART" TV Still has a month of warranty. Someone bumped it to it or hit it and now it cracked in the upper left corner of the screen. Talked to the local TV repair, he told me the screen would be $500.00 the labor $100.00 +tax? I bought it new for $698.00 +tax. If anyone can find me a cheaper screen for this thing would be appreciated... Model and Ser# 50LB5800-UGBCCJLJR

If you can wait, this winter prices on LCD TVs will fall dramatically as more people look for QHD (2560x1440) screens. You'd be able to get a new TV cheaper at the end of November than a replacement screen today.

I guess I can wait, maybe I can get the screen cheaper then... The TV still works, the top left corner turned white, most of the rest of the screen is watchable, I'll just bear with it till then... I sent a pic, and reciept for the TV to LG and there going to give me an answer in 5 business days... Hope it works out..
