I need find the bios to a PHILCO PHN 11A-P123LM

Hello, I'm with a problem in a PHILCO PHN 11A-P123LM and i need update THE BIOS, but i can't find it, in anywhere, even in the site of PHILCO,
someone know where can i find it??? because i need urgently!!!!!!!

companies only put the BIOS on their website when they make updates for it . if there is none on the website for your model then thereare no updates for it

I doesn't need the version updated, i'm need any version, because this notebook is not binding, it turns off and then. Usually when this happens is because corrupted the Bios, then it is necessary to install it again, but I found no version of this bios for this notebook, and one of my problems is that PHILCO doesn't releases no bios from any of their notebooks.
So if anyone can help me to find......because i need URGENTLY!!!! PLEAAAAAAASE

Don't know that this'll work but you can try...
1) unplug power adapter, 2) remove battery, 3) press and hold power for 20 seconds - replace battery, plug in power adapter, attempt to boot.
I would normally not suggest that but since you're unable to boot, figure it can't hurt

only PHILCO can get you the BIOS. i have an MSI laptop and they never did supply any version of the BIOS on there website. not even the version that came with it

Anyone have another idea how to solve this problem of another way, because i think that is the bios because i already fix some acers with this problem, but this time can be some other problem, so any idea?????
