i need help please alcatel onetouch

my alcatel onetouch wont power on. when i plug the charger in only thing happens is the light flashes white

With the power cable out, gently ease open the back and remove the battery. If mains electric power can get through then, you need a new battery.

You'll find them on e-Bay but ignore anything in single figures because they could be cheap Chinese clones that can cause a fire. Look to spend decent money to get a good product.
