I need help

I have a zte android phone and it recently got wet and I've tried everything but its still not turning on I've held down the power button but all is do is blinking red on and off I really need help cause I'm completely lost

If by everything you mean you left it to try for a few days before turning it on and replaced the battery, you need to replace the phone.
