I need to find my old photos I deleted accidentally

What can I do to find my old photos and videos that I deleted accidentally what happen in my phone with to reset to manufactures specifications and I lost all my information I hate when their happens now I'm lost can you help thank you

If the photos are not upload to an online account, they are gone when you factory reset.
