I need to go back to screen t had when I got it,

This lady tells me to tap 2 times,I can't unlock it or do anything she tells me to do.Help need to reset to were it was.

Well while I understand you are having problems, your post doesn't have enough info for anyone to help. So, what kind of tablet is this about (Make/Model)? What app are you in or using that is giving your problems, or is it something else on the tablet? and what is the exact thing you are trying to do?
