I need YouTube

When I try to watch some videos, I can't. It won't let me take it out of administrator mode. I need videos on how to make or fix things, and I can't. Is there a way to take of restricted mode besides on the bottom of the YouTube page?

do you mean access is restricted on the computer you use ? who restricted the access ?

It was restricted by my network administrator

can't help you to bypass that i am afraid . i don't wish to be banned .
