I purchased Sony A8F OLED 65" on 2018.
Everything was god but suddenly I noticed very light thin lines appears when background is single color.
I don't think it is burn-in may be horizontal banding.
But in screen where ever multicolored that portion is good.
I updated the firmware and and did panel refresh also but those lines are there,
I want to know what is the problem and how to resolve it.
Here are some images

Looking at your pics, it looks almost certainly like text that was there for some time. It could even be different text over long periods
of time. The first OLED's were much more susceptible to burn in than say LCD screens.
See THIS article. OLED's are still being improved when it comes to burn in.

No there was no text before.
Any content I play if it is light single color background, lines are visible.
It comes on top of picture like overlay.
I don't thing its burn-in, its something else something like horizontal banding or uniformity issue but I don't know what exactly is it and how to resolve it.
It noticed it after firmware update to enable Dolby Vision support.

Yes, I see what you are talking about, from the image, it doesn't look too bad.....may be worse in person though. To me, "it looks" like old text. But I am not disbelieving you. I am at a loss on this one.
Can you try going back to before the "Upgrade"?
Well, Butter My Butt And Call Me A Biscuit,
YOU got me stumped !!
