Solved! I opened my laptop and suddenly all the keys of my dell laptop stopped working. Whenever I am pressing any key a minute sound

Suddenly my laptop's all the keys stopped working. And whenever i am pressing any key laptop's speaker is creating a minute sound. What exactly is wrong with it. Did i do something wrong with my laptop?

Hopefully the keyboard ribbon cable is just a bit lose. Check that first.
