I phone wifi

Hello, I hope you can help me…i just moved back to NY, from Florida… I had Time Warner set up my home phone, internet and t.v.
since then, my i-phone keeps asking me for a password for wifi…This is something that I have never experienced, nor was i given a password when all was set up ! Suggestions ??

When Time-Warner set up your service and it included a wireless network then they had to have set a password there's no other way to do it if they set up a wireless network in your home.
You will have to call them and find out why the technition did not leave you with the password. Have you looked at your paperwork that he left to see if by chance he wrote it down and forgot to tell you?
