i recently bought an acer aspire computer which already has several applications on it. should i uninstall these

there's hundreds Acer media Acer Docs, etc, etc, plus Windows, MicrosoftOffice, I cannot name them all, games, too. weather, music apps, shopping ther's about three screens of them all.
