I had to put a new hard drive in my son's computer and I need every disc required to get it running again as I did NOT download the originals.I looked everywhere and all I can find is recovery disk but I don't know if that is the same as the operation disc and everything I need for the windows 8. I even looked on Compaq website but it is unclear to me. I will pay for the discs I just need to know what I need

I hate to ask but could someone please send me a direct link to the disc that I need please. I know I don't need the recovery disk but I don't know what I do need remember it's a brand new hard drive so the whole computer is empty thank you for your help
