i reset my htc in my setting windows and it wont reboot again what should i do

remove your battery, put t back after some moments and try again

remove external memory (SD card)

Your phone may not have a removable battery.

Depending on the version of Windows installed, there is a button sequence to force a reboot. If that doesn't work, you may be able to reflash the phone back to the latest build Windows has for the device using the Windows Device Recovery Tool running on a PC.
