I shot over 200 photos between the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL and Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra to see which is the better phone for photography. Here's what I found out.

In the dynamic range category you give Samsung the edge despite badly washed out details. The Pixel is clearly superior, especially considering that it captures more detail that can be manipulated in editing. Likewise with the night shots, you call it a tie between the two phones but the Samsung produces, again, extremely washed out details, like it's having much more difficulty evaluating light ranges.

I suspect you didn't want to just say "the Pixel is better at almost everything" here but the fact is that it's not remotely close between the two products.
