I spilled water UNDER my laptop

So i spilled water under my laptop. I disconnect all external stuff , shut my laptop off , unplug the charger , remove battery. After some hour i boot my laptop, seems fine but there is some lag like raising and hiding the task bar need 3 sec, and i tried to watch some youtube vid and the sound is cracking because the lag

I'll suggest removing all the external stuff again and letting it dry for about 24 more hours - remove battery also if possible. You might use a hair dryer over it for a few seconds every now and again during that time.
Try again after 24 hours, see if it doesn't work better.
