The Ionic 5 certainly looks the part, but... I have a 2020 E-Kona (I live in the States). It has had it's battery recall done, and an update to the battery management software done. I now get over 300 miles to the charge. Suddenly the paltry 238 miles the I-5 gets looks pretty grim...

I get that the new look of the I-5, along with the bespoke architecture, AWD, etc, promise wonders to come, but for the time being, you are much better off with an E-Kona with the battery update if range anxiety is such a big issue!
