My Android phone turned off and wont turn back on. I tried charging and it wont take a charge at all. The screen is just black and even when I charge, the charging icon doesn't show up. I think I have a virus. Help!!! I tried pressing button 10 seconds but that's not working. My phone doesn't allow me to take off back and take battery out. It says not to, but can I do it anyway? Is there any other way to get the phone back on?

Doesn't sound like a virus, but the phone failed.
