Keyboard won't work tried the suggestion on here about settings control panel etc didn't work please help using sons tablet for help

Did you try reseating the keyboard and trying a different one? If a keyboard won't work, one of the more likely issues is that it's broken or a connection to the motherboard from it is loose or bad.
