i turn on my acer laptop and fan runs but screen keeps blinking acer explore beyond limits

When I turn on my acer laptop it doesn't go past the screen that says acer explore beyond limits it blinks on and off

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by doing a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds the see if it would boot up normally.
- If these doesn't work try to remove the HDD then see if it would get pass the ACER splash screen and if it does put it back in and if it would get stuck again that means it's the HDD that is faulty.
- You'll need to replace the HDD that should solve the issue.
- If it doesn't get pass the Acer splash screen that means it's a problem with the motherboard.
