I uninstalled a program and now I cannot use my mouse.

Hi, I was going through my programs uninstalling any access programs and accidentally uninstalled a program. It had no immediate changes so I thought nothing of it and restarted my laptop. I got back on and the mouse would no longer work. I checked the other ports and it worked so it must be the port. I have tried plugging another mouse into the port but it still will not recognize anything. If you could help me fix it than I would greatly appreciate it. I am am unsure what the program was called sorry.

Try WIndows Repair through your OS's CD/DVD or Bootable Image through PD ...............
