i unplugged my computer before it shut down

I unplugged my Dell Computer before it shut down now I can't et back on.
help

Unplug your computer again. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds(discharges capacitors). Plug the computer back in and see if it powers on.

disconnect the main battery before doing that.
