I want msisdn user id

I have received one mms but can not able to open this mms because of i don't have msisdn user id.

Menu > settings > about phone > status. Does it show your phone number as "unknown?"

If so, that's the issue.

Go to menu > settings > call settings > additional settings > my phone number.

Enter your number and hit ok.

Go back to the "about phone" menu and verify it now shows your number.

Try and send yourself an MMS from a friends phone to see if it worked.
