I want to connect my record player to my monitor speakers. is this possible? (photos included)

I am a student/audiophile. and Want to connect my record player to my monitor speakers but would need some sort of female RCA cord that would have a female 1/8th inch jack on the other end.

my record player is the pylepro PLTTB2U

is this even possible?
I know my record player has a pre-amp, so there's no need for that.
