I want to delete my photoes from audio manager but again its showing in backup how can i delete fro my backup and audio manger plz help me

The backups would not be on the device, sounds like the app is storing them elsewhere. You would have to check the apps site, or contact the makers, to find out how to remove the saved one from there.
