What do I need to use two bluetooth headphones with my non bluetooth tv

A device that plugs into your TV's sound out and converts the sound to a bluetooth signal. There will be loss of quality converting analog back to digital back to analog. Unless you've got access to digital sound signal somewhere along your line before it gets to the TV.
