Camera phones already have a second shutter.. it’s called the volume button… this is a third shutter

This isn't a Samsung feature either, my Huawei has that option so I presume most Androids do too.
And as already been mentioned, you've always got the volume button as a shutter, in fact that's my preferred option over the normal on-screen button.

If you own a Samsung device and don't already know about this old "hidden" feature then you just need to get an iPhone.

And you still missed the "hidden" feature part. No need to activate the floating button through the menu, just swipe your finger on the shutter button and drag it anywhere on the screen. (warning: long press makes a video) To disable the floating shutter button is a simple thing too, just drag it back to its "place" (original shutter button) this disables the toggle button in the menu too.
