I wore the Apple Watch 8 and Garmin Epix Pro for a 300-calorie workout — and was surprised by the results

I've done comparisons between Galaxy watch 3 & 4, Fitbit Versa 2 & 3, and now Garmin Fenix 6 Solar Pro. I agree with most of the reviews findings that Garmin is more accurate with step count. Somehow, and for not much of a reason, I trust Fitbit sleep data better. For all other metrics it's hard to say that one is better than the others but I think that they are all effective in giving useful results. While they vary between brands they all seem to detect a more vigorous workout and seem to give useful feedback tracking day to day data comparing one day to another.
