I3-350M processor versus i3-330M

Please advise what the difference is between a 13-350M processor and a i3-330M processor.
I am thinking of buying an Acer Aspire 5741 and they offer the two processors - the 350 being about £40 more - would it be worth the difference?

i3 330M: 2.13 GHz
i3 350M: 2.26 GHz

This is the only difference between the two processors. In my opinion, it is not really worth to spend £40 on something you may not notice.
