i3-4000m + gt 740m OR i3-4030u + gt840m

hi,
i want to buy a laptop for gaming, but don't know which one is better:
1)i3-4000m 2.4Ghz + gt740m 2gb + 4gb ram
2)i3-4030u 1.9Ghz + gt840m 2gb + 4gb ram

edit: both are very weak for gaming. best you can hope for is medium details @720p

You don't want either of those really for gaming due to the CPUs, the video cards are OK, especially the 840m, but should be matched with faster CPU. Last thing you want to to get a low end laptop for gaming, you can't upgrade the system and at the end you won't be happy with how it runs. Better to spend another $100 on a system with a faster CPU.

i'm sorry but i have to disagree, the cpu-s are plenty in both, the graphics inside are what's gonna stop you from gaming.
