You want a good tablet with stylus not a touchscreen on a laptop for this. I don't think any laptop screens will have the type of touch you would need for good design.

I would consider a Surface Book for your usage situation. It supports both a traditional laptop layout and tablet and has an Nvidia GPU option if you require CUDA or more advanced 3D than an Intel HD can provide. They run on the pricey side but there are few options available that have actual digital pens available unless you’re willing to lose the keyboard.
