Ice Snowball problem [help plz]

So i just got a ice snowball and when i plug it in the computer simply nothing happens... the red button on it turns on but that is it... i checked the recording devices and its not there .I checked the update device drivers and it is not there either.I plugged it in a different computer and it works fine it just seems to have a problem on this computer

You can't honestly expect anyone to read your post and know what an Ice Snowball is. It is winter in the states and without specifying what you're talking about no one is going to have a clue.

well if someone knows how to fix it they would know what an ice snowball is

If you just purchased it it might be best to ask Blue about it directly: http/www.bluemic.com/salesandsupport/servicerequest.php

As you know it should just work when you plug it in. Try different ports such as one on the rear of your PC.
