/www.av-comparatives.org/ Bitdefenders customer support is very good i had to use them to install on my pc and they contacted me back within 24 hrs and stuck with me until the problem was solved , ive never had any trouble with it performance wise and never had trouble with the firewall compared to avira or avg or norton bitdefender is my favourite
