if I reset my phone will I lose everything on it?

I forgot the password on my phone & can't get into it now I would like to know if I can reset it without losing pictures & everything?

Nope. Maybe the store can, but you'd need to prove ownership. And even then I doubt it.

People above me are right. A factory reset will erase everything. If you want to save your pics you will have to find a way to bypass the lock screen. If your phone is an Android phone, some models have an option for you to hit forgot password. Enter your email info and if it's correct then you can access your phone.
