Solved! if i send to a audio extrctor a 2.0 audio signal (and the exctractor have a 7.1 optical output) the av will get 2.0 or 7.1 aud

7.2 amplifire and audio exctractor with 7.1 optical output...i want to send 2.0 signal to the exctractor and get output of 7.1 it can be...what is the reguler audio signal on hdmi conection?

i want to connect the 2.0 signal to an audio exctractor that his output is 7.1 optical it can be? its rca red and whait output 2.0 to hdmi to audio exctractor with 7.1 optical output the last signal will be 7.1 or 2.0?

yes the output is 2.0 you connect rca to the card the athor side is hdmi you connect it to the extractor than connect to the optical output thN to the av here you go!!!

The output signal is the lowest common denominator. So if you're sending a 2.0 sound, it may come out of all 7 speakers (but probably not the sub unless the amp can split the signal) but it won't be in surround, it'll be the same out of each speaker, just split left and right.
