If i upgrade my mobo, wont the graphics be increased as well.? What other changes are necessary.

With laptops it is usually not possible to replace the motherboard without replacing the CPU and GPU, usually making this too expensive to be worth it. This since on most laptops the CPU and GPU is soldered onto the motherboard.
