Logitech have some nice ones, I use an older set of theirs. here is what they have:

Just find the ones in your price range at the retailer of your choice. (i.e. Newegg, Amazon, Best Buy, etc.)

Logitech Z523 is a good set. I've seen refurbs for $50, New they were under $100. Logitechs below this level have weak bass. They are notable for filling an area with sound without a lot of volume. They have extra rear facing speakers that distribute the sound in all directions.Very good for an apartment or dorm. situation. I don't know if they still make them. They were rated best speakers under $100.
