Im not able to download apps.

I have a ZTE (Z899VL) and I'm not able to download apps or update them. Is there something I can do, outside of buying a new one?

It just says download pending. I have tried both when on WiFi and on just my data. It stayed pending for over 8hrs while I was at work.

Can you get a small App from Google Play Store;say, a security utility or something similarly harmless and useful?

No. I have tried to download any app and it won't let me download anything.

Have you tried resetting your tablet? Make sure you have copied important data off it (or have it synced with your Google account).

Are you asking your system to download straight on to a SdCard by any chance?
