I'm not sure what to do on InsydeH20 setup utility on my acer aspire laptop? Please help?

I'm stuck on what to do in the setup utility of my acer aspire laptop because the laptop will not turn on. Please help!

If its not even turning on then accessing the uefi bios isn't your problem.
Remove the battery and the charger and hold the power button in for a full minute.
Then see if it will power on with the battery removed and just the charger connected.
