Your post cut off since you tried to put it in the title, edit it and put it in the body of the post. At least it seems cut off, I'm hoping there is some more info, not sure what you mean since you have acct. Why can't you just get it from the Windows store and install it on the phone? You would not be using your account, they need to set one up for their use.
