I have led projector im using the only hdmi for Chromecast. Projectors AV audio jack when connected to sony home theatre system rca in audio in does not have sound. Plz reply soon as i need to return the sytem soon.thanks.

Very likely the projector does not convert digital audio from the HDMI to analog. You will need an HDMI audio extraction device like this one.

Plug the Chromecast stick into it and use one of the audio outputs for the HTS. If you can use one of the digital outs those will sound better. Optical is very common on HTS so if you get one with optical input it would be preferred. Stereo analog RCA will not give you digital surround sound.
