Looking for advice on making VR videos and Google Earth. I want to make a Google Earth virtual tour into a video i can put on youtube and be able to watch on a Google Cardboard viewer.

All the info you should need is on their site, including APIs and SDKs. If you don't know what those are, you need to learn about programming with their tools of hire/borrow/ask a developer that does.
