I'm building my new rig today. I would like to setup an account where I can host images (In case I want to post a photo here). It would also be handy for hosting images I can link to on other sites (automotive forums). I notice toms hardware mentions Imgur and Photobucket.

Which is easiest to setup an account for? (i.e. Requires least personal information, etc.)

Which is easiest to use?

Which is safest?

Which is most popular/best?

Thanks

Imgur is very easy to use and by far my favorite image hosting site. It also has the best options for community sharing, if you should want any of that. I don't recall requirements for any info beyond email address.

Required info;

- Choose username
- Enter email
- Choose password
- Retype password

- Enter security code (on next screen)

Easy as that. I don't have an image I want to upload yet, but it looks easy (Like you said)

I also had a few laughs at the visual stories on homepage (i.e North West tweeted(or something) 'Watching some old family movies'). Haha, good one.

Thanks for the great answer. I like the site already.
