in coming out going call listen problem

my samsung s5302 is not listning in coming or out going call voice listening but cracking in mibile

Reboot the phone by taking out the battery for a few seconds, test it again.

If issue is still there you may need to get the phone fixed or replaced, speaker or the connection to it may be bad, or the electronics themselves for the calls are bad.
