In windows 8.1 my dedicated video memory was 2GB but in Windows 10 its just 32 mb Please help how to increse???????????

That video is integrated in CPU and uses the system memory (RAM), it doesn't have a "dedicated" VRAM as a normal video card.
The amount will increase/decrease based on the actual usage and that portion will be "reserved" by the OS and signaled as "dedicated" in DX Diag. Vista didn't have that flexibility. BTW, update your Intel drivers including the video driver!
