Hi there, I have some big problem.

My notebook freeze and it says that INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE error. And then automatically restart system. And then it shows me Troubleshoot. I tried to reset my PC with options:
"Keep my files" and then it says "The drive where Windows is installed is locked. Unlock the drive and try again."
"Remove everything" and it says "There was a problem resetting your PC.
When I go Advanced options and try to make:
"System Restore" it says "To use System Restore, you must specify which Windows installation to restore. Restart this computer, select an operating system, and then select System Restore"
"System Image Recovery" then it says "The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002)
With "Startup Repair" it is same, show blue screen with error message and then go back to Troubleshoot menu
And when I click "Go back to the previous build it says that I must reset this PC

I tried with clicking F8 when windows is turning on but non effect, and i don't have safe mode option in Advanced options
I plug off all USB stuff from PC and its same thing. Please big help!!! :(

Hi,

Please do create a bootable Windows 10 USB or disc to completely reinstall Windows in your laptop.

Here's how to create a bootable Windows 10 USB or disc:
http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2745957/create-windows-installation-usb-drive-dvd.html

Here's also a guide on how to install Windows 10:
http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2569562/install-windows.html

If these will not work, you can remove the HDD off the laptop and install it onto a different PC or laptop and install Windows 10. Once you've completely reinstall Windows 10, install it back into your laptop then proceed with install all the necessary drivers needed.
