Inexpensive way to stream live video to TV

I could not find a good solution to this quest and I think this is the best place to go. I run a polygraph school and often have instructors running polygraphs that I need my students to see. I need a way to live stream the polygraph to the student’s on a TV. I was looking in to a WI-FI camera but I could not find a way to get the live stream to the TV. I would think you could buy a smart TV and down load the camera app but from what I have found that is not an option. The camera would be about 30 feet away from the TV ,any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you get a wifi camera then you need a device that has a browser to access it. That could be a computer of any kind, a tablet with a browser installed or even a phone.
If you get an LG TV with webOS 3.0 I think the TV could access the camera directly over your network. That would be the simplest solution.
