Once, regarding sync issues with the X1 projector. Got an answer back pretty
quick and it was detailed and accurate. I've always considered Infocus to be a
class act.

I did too at one time, but I've been having an issue with a Denon receiver
that the projector won't synch up to, and they've been leading me on for
_months_. It's getting ridiculous.
