Insignia tv does't recognize anymore my hp pc

Looking for a correct answer because I have trouble with TV insignia not recognizing anymore my HP laptop! It was fine last month. Nothing unusual done ! Help me I'm stuck

Reboot the laptop, and make sure the cable is still plugged in at both ends.
