Solved! Inspiron 3421 bluetooth

Hi guys. I'm using Dell Inspiron 3421 Win 8.1. There's a problem with bluetooth after updating drivers. Before, I just right click bluetooth icon to send/receive files. Now, there's no option to do that. Any idea how to send or receive files using bluetooth??

How did you update the drivers? Did you use any 3rd party automatic update utility? Try removing the bluetooth device from Device Manager and install the drivers from Dell's support site.
